No plan

Hourly WordPress technical support, no plan needed

Not everyone needs a monthly plan. If you just want one-off help (a change, an error to fix, a small improvement), I work by the hour, with a flexible pack of hours and no contract.

How does hourly WordPress support work?

Hourly support lets you sort out one-off WordPress tasks (a change, an error, a question) without signing up for monthly maintenance, paying only for the time spent. It’s ideal for occasional needs. WP Sereno offers hourly support with a clear quote before starting and same-day response.

FAQ

Questions about support

How does the pack of hours work?

You buy a block of hours and we use them up with the tasks you ask me for. I tell you how long each thing will take before doing it.

What kind of tasks are covered?

Changes, tweaks, one-off errors and small improvements. For large or ongoing work, I’ll suggest a quote or a plan.

Do the hours expire?

I’ll let you know when you buy them; the idea is that they’re flexible and you use them when you really need them.

What if I end up needing ongoing maintenance?

Perfect: hourly support is a good way to start, and if it makes sense for you, we switch to a monthly plan.

How much is the hourly rate?

It depends on the type of work. I give you the price of the pack before starting, no surprises.
